What are the differences between the different foams?

Our Soft and Medium foams are polyurethane (urethane) foams. Urethane foams are open celled foams – the same type of foams you would find in a couch cushion or mattress. Urethane foams are ideal for packaging light and fragile objects.

The firm white foam is an extruded polyethylene (PE) foam. The firm black is an expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam. They are both very durable closed-cell materials commonly used for packaging such things as TV’s, computers, printers and other heavier objects.

How fast will I get my foam?

Stock sizes usually ship by the next business day.

Custom sizes and materials usually ship in 3 to 5 business days.
